    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD AFTERCARE FROM THE SALES TEAM! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a car from here nearly 3 years ago, but I still remember when we went to view the car originally - we had arranged a meeting to view the car and arrived on time, but when we got there, the man we were meeting was chatting with his friends/colleagues and despite knowing we were there, he didn't make an effort to wind up the conversation and greet us. This didn't give us great first impressions, but we were keen on the car so put that thought to one side. The car has just had it's first MOT and has failed, due to there being 2 small chips in the windscreen in the drivers line of view - these had been here since we purchased the car & the agreement for us to purchase the car was that they would fill the chips (we asked for it to be replaced, but we were told by the salesman, that this is all that's needed and the car will be road worthy and safe). We don't know what a filled chip looks/feels like, but did question why it still appeared the same when we returned to collect/buy the car - we were told the work had been done so paid nearly £20k for the car and drove away, with our lovely family car. We are now in the situation where we need to pay out for a windscreen that we have been driving round with for nearly 3 years thinking it's safe and road worthy, only to find that it's not. When we ask them about it, they are just trying to fob us off with, well it was 3 years ago and what proof do you have. Obviously we don't have proof because he said he would do the work, that the work had been done and as a main dealer, you expect them not to be rogues. This is our 3rd Hyundai & while we still like the brand, there is no way we will be using this dealer for sales or servicing from now on.
